CurlyFry.ai ("CurlyFry", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by 419 Technology. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our platform.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly:

• Account information: Name, email address, organization name, and password when you register.
• Meeting data: Transcripts and audio recordings you upload for AI processing. Audio files are processed and discarded after transcription.
• Integration data: Jira project data (sprint tickets, story points, assignees) accessed via your Jira API credentials.
• Usage data: Platform interactions, feature usage, and performance metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the CurlyFry platform and its AI-powered features.
• To generate AI summaries, sentiment analysis, and insights from your meeting transcripts.
• To sync and analyze sprint data from your connected Jira instance.
• To send you briefings, alerts, and product communications.
• To process billing and manage your subscription.

3. AI Processing

Meeting transcripts and ticket data are processed using Anthropic's Claude AI models. Data sent to AI models is used solely for generating your requested analysis and is not used to train AI models. We follow Anthropic's data processing terms and enterprise privacy commitments.

4. Data Storage and Security

• All data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
• Data is stored in secure, managed PostgreSQL databases.
• We implement role-based access control (RBAC) and org-level data isolation.
• Audio recordings are deleted immediately after transcription. Only the extracted text is retained.
• We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Enterprise customers can configure custom retention periods. Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

6. Third-Party Services

We integrate with the following services to provide our platform:

• Anthropic (Claude AI): AI analysis and natural language processing.
• Stripe: Payment processing. We do not store credit card information.
• Atlassian (Jira): Sprint and ticket data synchronization.
• Deepgram / OpenAI Whisper: Audio transcription processing.
• Mailgun: Transactional email delivery.

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Export your data in a machine-readable format.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
